There are two types of fees you need to pay attention to: the fee paid to EduMatch – hiring EduMatch to do the dossier and the fee paid to a 3rd party: you do it yourself or through EduMatch or through any company you have to pay for your application to be considered. Specifically, the fees are as follows:
Fees paid to EduMatch, including
- Administrative fees for document preparation: covering expenses such as telephone, fax, and personnel costs. In fact, you would incur these expenses even if you handled the application yourself;
- Remuneration fee: payable to EduMatch upon successful visa issuance for their application processing services.
Note: The fee will vary depending on the type of visa (study abroad, tourism, etc.) and the specifics of your application (straightforward or complex, complete documentation, first-time or previous refusal, whether you are a parent of a EduMatch student or a new client…), the company will provide a clear and transparent fee structure accordingly.
Fees to be paid to 3rd parties, including:
- Visa processing fee– mandatory, non-refundable, payable to the visa office;
- Fingerprinting fee, mandatory for some visa offices, non-refundable, to be submitted to the fingerprinting office;
- The medical examination fee, which is mandatory in some countries, is non-refundable, payable to the clinic regulated by the embassy;
- Translation fee, mandatory for some countries, non-refundable, payable to the translation company;
- Consular legalization fee, mandatory for some visa offices, non-refundable, payable to the legalization department.
