Job description:

Overseeing the office operation in general, include but not limited to:

  1. Keep office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks;
  2. Be responsible for the overall performance of Hanoi/ HCMC office with focus on sales & management;
  3. Oversee office security, hygiene, clealiness and ensure physical security operation;
  4. Assist in setting up budget plan for office & admin, supervise and control expenditures under budget;
  5. Supervise and motivate team;
  6. Participate on related projects;
  7. Operate business within the assinged areas and more;
  8. Buid and maintain internal and external relationship;
  9. Other tasked assigned by board of director.

Candiate requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • High English level
  • Good at MS Office applications
  • Excellent communitation and management/ supervisory skills
  • Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Having customer-oriented mindset and good at interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi -task skills
